  • Hands-on - Project Management installing computer and telecommunications networks - on budget, on time!  Projects have been both technical (implementation), and business oriented (implementing outsourcing, network monitoring and management, negotiating SLAs).

  • Training - My eperience teaching and providing technical training means that I can explain technical concepts in simple terms, covering Software, Website Management, Computer and Data Communications Hardware, Telecoms Equipment, Maintenance and Basic Electronics.

Desk-Based Work

  • Research - Due Diligence reports, Telecom Audits and risk assessment, Market Quantification, Licensing and Regulation, Project Mentoring, Troubleshooting.

  • Planning - Network design, procurement, building business models for sustainability and reliability.
